You were born in Madison Heights, Michigan, United States. Tell us about your early education and professional training if any. You later started working as a professional glamour model and an adult entertainer. You acted also in many movies. This propelled your modeling career to the height where you have been at the top of the world of fashion and glamour modeling. Tell us more about your journey of hard work, tenacity, and endurance?
Yes, I was born in Michigan and grew up there. I finished college with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. I practiced as a nurse for eight years and really loved taking care of others. Comforting and rendering help to people in need is a beautiful and humbling experience. I was a topless dancer while going to college since my parents were not in a position to pay for my schooling. I also webcam to earn extra money for my family (even extended family) while working as a nurse due to some things that changed within my family.
I always loved working out and fitness has been a part of my life for a long time! A couple amateur bikinis shoot later and I realized how fun it was to be in front of the camera. My family has always been my motivation for working hard and persevering through difficult times. I am forever grateful for their continued support throughout my crazy journey!
You acted in movies The Stepmother 8, Magic Mike XXXL, Facial Overload 4, and many others. Elaborate more about this amazing and inspiring journey of being a film actress.
Well, to be honest, it is never how it actually appears! A lot of time is put into rehearsing lines, wardrobe, and being on set. There is a saying about being on a film set, “Hurry up and wait!” You start early and end your day late with these types of feature films. It is really a unique experience in comparison to filming other types of adult films.
The premise behind the feature film, seeing all of the production crew, actors and actresses come together to make a feature is very exciting. It allows you to connect with your co-stars more, understand the amount of time and energy the film crew invests, and ultimately makes the project much more personal to everyone.
You are a world-leading media personality, supermodel, influencer, adult entertainer, actress, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Like I have any idea! All jokes aside, I would not be able to do this without the endless support from my husband and my team. They are absolutely remarkable and I cannot thank them enough!
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
After all of this time I realize how important it is just to “show up” some days. So, consistency is really the key. I love weight training, jumping rope, and doing anything outdoors. Biking, hiking, rollerblading, basketball, and softball are some of my favorite things to do!
Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
I try to eat healthy. Balance is very important and everything in moderation. Years ago I would be so fixated on calorie counting or labeling food “good or bad” and that is truly not healthy. I try to eat mostly turkey, fish, chicken, low glycemic carbs, no gluten and healthy fats such as coconut oil or almonds.
